my latest vegan meals  
i've finally gotten back into cooking real, healthy, vegan meals.
i realize now how much i've missed eating.

what did you put inside the cabbage rolls?

the cupcakes look divine (as vegan baked goods always are <3).

i've been wanting to make my own pesto for some time now. does it spoil quickly or stay fresh in the fridge for a while?

i think if i remember correctly in the cabbage rolls is brown rice and corn and mushrooms. pesto lasts for a very very very long time.
mine has basil, olive oil, and pine nuts. super yummy.
